She was born in southern Chile in 1900, the sixth of fourteen children, in the green and misty land that grows between the Andes and the lakes of the Los Lagos region. There, after every meal, she would sit down calmly to prepare her herbal water — warm, fragrant, full of the scent of wild herbs from the countryside. That ritual stayed with her all her life.
Luisa Coffee's specialty blend is born from that memory. We set out to recreate the flavor of Luisa's daily drink — its exotic herbs, its deep aromas — and we found it far from Chile, in the mountains of Colombia: a coffee with a rich, familiar character that echoes what she used to make. So every cup takes a journey — it begins in southern Chile, passes through Colombia, and ends here in Miami, where it is roasted and brought together.
We're not a commercial chain. We buy green beans directly at source, roast them ourselves in Colombia, and bring them to Miami. Every bag, every event, and every office we serve carries the same handcrafted specialty coffee — made with the same care Luisa gave to hers. Real coffee, roasted by hand, no shortcuts.
It's not just coffee. It's the memory of Luisa, served in every cup — the finest flavor, everywhere.
